MARVIN is a personal productivity application operated by its sole owner for his own use. It is not a commercial service and is not made available to the public.
With the owner's explicit authorization through Google sign-in, MARVIN accesses the owner's own Gmail accounts to read, search, label, draft and send email, and to download attachments. It accesses no one else's data.
Email data is used only to organize, summarize, file and respond to the owner's own correspondence, at the owner's direction. It is processed on devices the owner controls.
Authorization tokens and any downloaded data are stored only on the owner's own devices and private cloud storage. Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. No data is transferred to any other party except as required to perform the owner's requested action (for example, sending an email the owner asked to send).
MARVIN's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access deletes the app's authorization token.
Questions about this policy may be sent to the support email shown on the app's Google consent screen.
